How to use our Mask:
Some benefits can be derived from just five minutes use once or twice a week. Personally, I like to apply it for about 30 minutes a few times a week. If you only take showers, just apply it before your shower and walk around with it on.
The eyes and the neck and the mouth areas are the first to show aging. This mask is so thick it can be applied even right over the eyes lids. Just close your eyes tight when applying. Then you should be able to open your eyes.
We mentioned ‘Active Mask’ in the listing. Even more benefits can be derived by doing a gentle massage right before removing. Massaging your face improves blood flow and holds back the years. Flexible, fast reproducing skin cells are the secret to youthful skin. One of the reasons men typically age slower in the face than women has to do with the motions men make when shaving. For you women out there, simulate those shaving motions men make. Daily if possible. This strengthens the facial muscles.
Another method involves pulling the skin in one direction and then another. 10 finger tips just under the jaw bone and pulling the neck skin down. Then the opposite direction. The mask is just slippery enough to maximize these massage movements. Do similar pulling (or massaging) of the skin around the eyes. This encourages your body to get going producing new blood vessels (capillaries).
Your skin is just like any other part of your body. Use it or lose it. Plus some of the ingredients in this mask are the right particle size that this massage also works similar to a micro-dermabrasion to help smooth your skin even more.
If you are using one of our scrubs(anti-aging or acne scrubs), then if you like do that scrub after washing off the mask. Although if you do the massage with the mask, you most likely won’t need another exfoliaton. It’s always a good idea to do the lathered up wash cloth last.
We hope you enjoy this mask.
